- When you are stressed or at the peak of becoming stressful, you tend to overeat and eat and eat whenever you feel like eating.
That's what I'm doing.
Here's a list of food I eat in a day:
1. Breakfast - Tuna Sandwich, Milo/Milk
2. Lunch - well, I tend to go base of preference of my friends. Sometimes mix rice, sometimes, chinese food or western or korean something like that.
3. Tea/Desserts - Apollo cake/ waffle/ cake/ mamee/kit kat/ etc.
4. Dinner - This depends too. Sometimes I go out with Waikeong or I go to his house and his mum coooooks a looooooooooot of foood/ or we go out with his family and eat tooo. Or I try to starve myself but end up failing because I end up eating something from my food basket in my room. T,T
These days I have a lot of things in my mind, running. Non- stop.
Still busy with my assignments.
Well, can't think of anything else to write though too many things are running in my head. Mostly they are about my assignments and Uni stuffs. >.<
