"Morning! Rise and shineee!"
"Hmmm, let me sleep for a while moreeeeee," She growls and turns away from the sunlight that was hitting her face.
"Its our honeymoon, we are supposed to be out enjoying," I tried peeling the blanket.
"Its our honeymoon that's why we are suppose to be sleeping in a day long," she mumbled and let the blanket goes off.
"Are you gonna wake up or do you want me to wake you up?" I climbed on the bed.
Her eyes opened the next second she felt the bed squeak or was it the part where I told her i'll wake her up?
"Go away from me you pervert," She moved to the side and pushed using both her legs but it wasn't good enough to move me.
"Hehehe," I made an evil laugh and close in towards the lying body.
"AHHHH!" She screamed and laughed. "You are heavyy!"
That made me chuckle.
I pulled her on top of me and made myself facing her with my back on the bed.
She acted as though she was still sleeping.
I looked at that beautiful flawless face that I married to. Just enough to make my day bright and sorrow gone to the bin. Her ruffled hair made her look more sexy and mature. I smiled and kissed her sharp nose.
"Morning," She whispered.
And it went black. I couldn't see anything. I open and closed my eyes but it was still pitch dark.
"Peter? Peter? Can you see me?" A voice that wasn't familiar was floating above me. Then I could see everything. The bright light was coming back but I wasn't at the hotel room with Emily. I was at a place surrounded by white walls and machines and a glucose bottle was going into my vein. Hospital?
I saw the doctor rushing towards me.
"Mr. Peter, stay calm, you are alright now," The doctor said but took out a stethoscope to check my heartbeat. "Do you remember you name sir?" Said the doctor.
"Well yes, I'm Peter of course. Wait why am I in the hospital? Where's Emily?"
"Mr. Peter, you have been in coma for a month now,"
"Is Emily here? We were at out honeymoon when I went blank. Where is she?" I tried to look around but I only saw another girl/women with worried look.
"Oh, Pete," She sighed but sadness can be seen in her eyes.
"Who are you?"
Her face went blank and she ran out crying.
"Is there anyone else?" I asked the doctor who was still standing there.
"Son! Peter!" I saw my mum and dad and sister walking in now.
"Ma? Appa? Nelly? Where's Emmie?" I was so confused.
"Oh dear lord. She's not here Pete,"
"Why?! What happened? How come I was in coma for a month?"
"You met an accident Pete," My sister said with her stern tough voice she always use when it comes to serious matter. "Emily is no longer with us nor does she belong to you anymore. The doctor said you might have an amnesia that leads you to forgot what happens for the past years," Her eyes were teary.
I was frowning. "What?"
